The public is invited to the opening reception on Sunday, May 2, from 3 to 5 p.m. Both the exhibit and the opening reception are free and open to the public.
“The Community Art Exhibit represents the artistic talent of St. John’s students, faculty, staff, and alumni community,” says Hydee Schaller, director of the Mitchell Gallery. “It explores a wonderfully diverse, eclectic collection.”
The Mitchell Gallery is dedicated to bringing art of world renown to Annapolis, offering exhibitions of regional interest, and serving as a center of learning for all who wish to deepen their understanding of the visual arts. The gallery is located in Mellon Hall. Thanks to the support of gallery members, exhibitions and programs are free and open to the public. For more information visit the gallery's exhibits page.
