Lecture at St. John’s College explores “talking, reading, writing, and listening”

“Talking, Reading, Writing, Listening: A Talk for Students and Parents” is the topic of Eva Brann’s lecture at St. John’s College. Ms. Brann, a tutor at the college, welcomes the wider community to her lecture, which will be held on Parents’ Weekend. The lecture, which is free an open to the public, will be held at 8:15 on November 4 in the Francis Scott Key Auditorium.
After emigrating from Germany in 1941 Ms. Brann received her Ph.D. in Archaeology from Yale in 1956. She also holds an Honorary Doctorate from Middlebury College . She is a former dean of St. John’s College and is the longest serving tutor at the Annapolis campus.
