Supervision

College faculty will work with students in the classroom and the college’s professional administrative staff will organize and manage out-of-classroom activities. Undergraduate mentors will supervise Academy participants. Resident Assistants are hand-picked from the student body and are each responsible for a small group of approximately six Academy students. Adult Senior Residents -- faculty and staff members who reside on campus – are on duty at all times. All mentors and senior residents are CPR/AED certified and are trained in conflict resolution.

All professional support staffs, including the Director of Health and Wellness, the Athletic Director, and the Assistant Dean, are available during regular office hours, and a counselor is on-call at all times.
